what should i do?

I'm an english teacher in a senior high school in my town. Recently, minister of education has changed the formula of graduation. Part of the graduation determinant factor is marks in students' report book. As consequently, the stakeholder in my school has policy to raise KKM( the limit of accepted mark in every subject). as matter of fact, my students 'abilities are beyond from the KKM.Should I cheat the world? So please, Mr. minister reformulate the formula.It's better what I experienced during my school time
